3、Qualification:
1）college degree, diaploma in USA, Canada, UK, Australia preferred. Fluency in English is a must
2）Solid leadership capabilities in leading, developing and training teams.

4、Requirements:
1）solid managerial expereince, 5 years or more of managing a team of 10 staffs or more. Experience on leadership of multiple teams are desirable.
2）5 years or more of experience in the textiles, apparel, bag or luggage, footwear, headwear industry in export business
3）Strong capability in both delegating team and hands-on effort in daily business execution
4）Frequent travel to supplier location is requested
