Responsibility

Develop vendor base and deliver new products in accordance with Sourcing Brief

Monitor progress on PD and sampling to ensure timeline are met

Daily communication with buyer directly to take care of the enquiries & orders.

Provide professional advice to vendors on PD & Sampling to improve product quality and maintain price competitiveness

To follow up order execution with suppliers and buying team.

Other job assigned by manager.

Qualification

University graduated or above

Fluency in spoken and written English

Strong ability in sourcing & development

Familiar with quality audits (ISO) and social responsibility audits (BSCI, SEDEX, SMETA etc) requirements.

Experience in working for a trading company , global sourcing office, brand buying office,

Thorough understanding on costing, construction and materials

3-5years experience in similar capacity

Familiar with manufacturing of the following categories: Hair Accessories, Sunglasses, Manicure, pedicure, jewelry, cosmetics, sports fitness, bags (private label) for Latin American, American or European markets

Ability to manage various projects at the same time, report status and progress to sourcing head on a structured and timely basis

Capability in daily operation problem solver

Able to work independently, self-driven, passionate, responsible, and systematic

Frequent travel is a must
