Accountabilities:

• Define the total remuneration strategy and related annual priorities, tactics and processes based on the business needs

• Define and implement base salary, variable pay and benefit policies and guidelines in accordance with the strategy, total remuneration policy for management and below levels.

• Establish and embed a comprehensive understanding of key market trends and market intelligence, in the external marketplace and ensure appropriate benchmarking is delivered, and communicated within the DSC business

• Market Benchmarking: Work with external consultants and industry colleagues to benchmark DHL C & B policies, participate in external surveys/forums and propose possible amendments, represent DHL externally in the C & B areas in order to establish market competitiveness in DHL’s compensation packages.

• Suppliers: Oversee projects and relationships with external vendors of C & B services in order to ensure quality and supplier service in meeting business objectives.

• Provides data analytics on both cash and benefits aspects of Reward in order to develop appropriate policies, processes and guidelines to ensure the best value for money is obtained. Calculate and control budget for benefits for middle management and below levels

• Develop expatriates and foreigners' C&B policy and handle the payment and tax

Requirements:

• Experience of working in an HRBP role is desirable, either within DSC or another Division

• Minimum 10 years experience in dealing with Compensation and Benefits topics at either sub-regional or regional level , working independently and flexibly, with deep knowledge of operational C&B in addition to leading change management projects, and possessing the ability to solve complex, cross - cultural issues

• University degree with additional CB/ Finance/ HR related qualifications

• English essential, highly fluent written & verbal
