- Lead flavours sensory analysis tests using various methodologies (discriminative, description, QDA, TDS, traiangle, etc.)
- Strategically design and execute sensory studies to understand the flavours profiling, and the preference drivers to guide the creation team for flavor development
- Design, validate and execute flavours consumer proactive and reactive research programs including questionnaire design, fieldwork monitoring, data processing and final reports
- Sourcing and managing the market research/sensory consultant agency, validate its performance and budget control.
- Conduct the internal consumer test according to flavour projects needs
- Develop and maintain panel groups including recruiting, training, and monitoring
Requirement:
§ Bachelor degree or above relevant in Food Science & Technology, flavors science, or related fields etc.
§ At least 3 years of working experience in sensory analysis in flavours house or related industries.
§ Proven excellence in statistical skills, including working knowledge of multivariate statistics, non-parametric statistics and experimental design, hypothesis / significance testing.
§ Excellent knowledge of computers, statistical software, and an advance level of Excel is a must, with demonstrated programming skills needed.
§ Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills
§ Fluent in both written and spoken English.
§ Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
§ Good interpersonal skills, Possess strong teamwork spirits.
