Server, Antidote
 
He/She maintains the highest standard of quality as they relate to beverage presentation, and service to maximize customer satisfaction. He/She assists in the daily operations of Antidote and ensuring that relevant policies and standards are being followed and that the highest possible service is being delivered in a friendly and professional manner aiming to exceed guest’s expectations.
 
Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Outlet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Assist with daily operations of the bar including opening and closing duties and cashiering activities
  • Have sound knowledge of beverage served so as to put customer completely at ease in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with established standards of service to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Work towards maximizing beverage revenue by up-selling and offering professional, engaging and friendly service
