Job Duties:

• Provide solutions and work closely with helpdesk support staff to support day to day activities
• General knowledge of system management (developing, testing, maintaining, installing, optimizing and/or deploying servers and systems), monitoring/alerting automation, MS Operation Management (Window server 2012 & 2016), Veeam, Solarwind, McAfee, O365 etc
• Provide troubleshooting expertise for virtualization performance tuning (VMware & ESXI) and other issues
• Provide server monthly performance monitoring report, server capacity review and RCA (Root cause analysis)
• Work with various vendors and service providers to ensure a productive environment

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT related subjects
• At least 3-year relevant experience
• At least one-year experience in Cloud implementation  
• Hands-on experience with Windows environment, and experience in troubleshooting and configuring servers
• Independent and self-motivated with good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
