Position Description: Responsibilities, 1, Server thermal part (liquid cooling, heat pipe, chamber) mechanical design. 2, Design printed circuit board layouts with board outlines, maximum component height locations, and component keep outs. 3, Design structural sheet metal enclosures supporting the circuit boards, and plastic part designs to support storage devices, and IO adapters. 4, Candidate must document their design in 2D drawings, and 3D solid models. 5, Candidate must be able to work in a close team environment, interacting with the thermal, power, system, and extended team members, to achieve a design, which meets the business and marketing requirements. #### Position Requirements: 1, Candidate must have a minimum of three years’ experience using the PTC Creo CAD tool and PTC Windchill for CAD data file management. 2, Skills to manage engineering changes, bill of material creation, cost estimating and tolerance analysis is a plus. 3, 3-5 years of work experience in relative industry for thermal product design related are preferred. 4, Familiar with thermal product and technical skill such as liquid cooling, heat pipe, chamber etc. 5, Understanding of thermal parts, include design process, capability evaluating, and design limitation. 6, Familiar with thermal product tooling schedule control, quality verify and approve, issue tracking and debugging.
