Responsibilities:

• To provide quality technical support, consulting services and troubleshooting of IT systems
• To plan and implement IT projects and service requests;
• To provide maintenance services on the Equipment.

 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline
• Possess relevant Microsoft MCSE qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience on Windows server support
• Good knowledge with preferable skills in, Network, LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewall & mobile devices
• Strong command in written/spoken English
• Initiative and analytical mind and can work under pressure
• May require to provide 7x24 standby support
• HK Permanent Resident is required
