Job Description
Job Purpose: Supervise, train and guide service staff and ensure guests receive courteous and efficient five-star service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of all hardware, utensils and serving-ware
  • Guarantee that VIP bookings are well-organised and well-prepared

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of F&B Banquet experience; experience in a five-star hotel is an advantage
Language Ability: Fluent Cantonese or Mandarin, good English
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and POS software; knowledge of Micros is an advantage
