Responsibilities:
Perform configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the following: Servers (Windows Server 2016/2019)

Perform Configurations, Maintenance and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange Email Server

Networking and Firewalls (Cisco, Sonicwall etc)

Managing and troubleshooting switches/Routers and other network equipment’s.

VPN Deployment knowledge

Email (Client and server level, Outlook/Exchange)

DNS (Internal/Active Directory and external)

MDM/O365 Migration and Deployment Knowledge

Practical Virtualization Infrastructure Knowledge ( VMWARE/HyperView)

Coordinates the installation of equipment and software necessary to meet the clients’ desktop requirement

Design and Plan Network and Server Infrastructure

Requirements :
High Diploma or above in Electronic or Computer Engineering / Computer Studies or related discipline

At least 2-3 years relevant working experience with Servers / Networks is required

Certification from Microsoft / Cisco is an advantage

Self-motivated, good customer services and capable to work under pressure
