Job duties:

• Maintain Data Center Server, Storage & Networking equipment running smooth
• Remote hand for add, change, redeploy and remove resource (Server, Storage & Networking)
• Patch update (Server, Storage & Networking)
• Perform Daily IT Operation Tasks and system health checks.
• Be responsible for IT infrastructure service covering network, computer operations, data storage and server administration. Ensure the ongoing operations, availability and stability for infrastructure.
• Work on IT infrastructure projects, IT BCP coordination, production incident, installation and maintenance of equipment.
• Communicate with end user and local vendors/ suppliers on infrastructure set up, include provide technical support, procurement, maintenance and invoicing documentation.
• Help on IT Infrastructure Incident and Change Management
• Ensure deliverables comply with policies, methodologies, procedures and standards
• Shift duty is required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines 
• 3 to 5 years of Windows Servers, Linux and or Network skills is a must
• Solid experience in System support
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 7x 24 shifty duty is required
• Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred
