Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Be the direct contact point to serve our Porsche customers and provide professional advice to customers on after sales service in our Service Centre
  • Follow through the whole services processes and ensure customer satisfaction level
  • Coordinate with different parties, e.g. workshop, parts, Reception for a smooth and efficient delivery process
  • Handle the related quotation, invoices which should be aligned with Principal and audit requirements
  • Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or HDip in Automotive Engineering, with working experience in automotive after sales service is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, aggressive with proven track record of achieving sales target
  • Holder of valid driving license with Class 1 and 2 is preferred
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
  • Shift duty is required
  • Candidates with less experience will be regarded as Service Advisor Assistant
