Daimler has been evolving in digital transformation. Parts Solutions team work on SPM (Service Parts Management) backbone application and collaborative digital solutions for parts logistics to serve and accelerate better service to our customers.
This role will take part in logistics SAP solution including supporting business in operation with international team, and further build new functionalities mainly focusing on warehousing and transportation area, as well as technical innovation areas.

Task description
1. Daily Operations for SPM@DPTS
• Steer and manage suppliers’ delivery quality for SPM TM(Transportaiont Management) operations
• Solve operation incidents in SPM TM area and support WM(warehouse management) area with collaborations of team members and suppliers
• Take driver seat to steer critical issue resolving in SPM operations in TM area
• Strengthen operation knowledge pool with corresponding supporting areas
• Provide necessary knowledge transfer to suppliers for SPM operation
• Manage relationship through excellent communication skills & customer oriented attitude to provide customer satisfaction for SPM opreration
2. SPM@DPTS release in TM and supporting WM areas
• Report and monitor the progress and ensure the realization according to deadlines
• Identify and support solving issues and conflicts within the work package
• Identify and alert sub work package dependencies and critical paths
• Support and ensure execution of sub work package scope, goals and deliverables
• Particpate work package status meetings and deliver progress reports
• Work out specifications, test cases and execution
• Execute assigned tasks in quality and time to achieve project objectives
• Ensure the creation of the work package back log (list of requirments) and safeguard the alignment with the relevant line functions
• Ensure the solution based on business requirments and alignment with the relevant line functions, IT department and external consultants
• Safeguard the functional and integrational testing of system functionalities and report identified errors and follow up the solving of identified errors/bugs
• Support the E2E process thinking and drive the overall integration
• Maintain good relationship with the respective line function and within the project team
• Support the rollout and migration activities
• Co-work with work package team members to achieve project objectives
• Support Asia project as if needed with corresponding know-how
3. Support warehouse device management and innovations
• Support warehouse device lifecycle management with required process and more automations
• Support warehouse business on device planning and strategic roadmap
• Support and ensure suppliers provide adequate and efficient service to spare parts warehouse
• Jointly work with warehouse innovations for next generation devices
4. Team and department work
• Co-work with team members/IT departments’ peers to achieve operation and release/project objectives where needed
• Ensuring that the necessary training appropriate to the needs of individual employees
• Coordinate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
• Effectively communicate and contribute in teamwork constructively and positively
• Support department initiatives and tasks
5. Compliance and audit
Ensure to follow the compliance regulations and audit requirements
