Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implements strategic sales initiatives to achieve sales target
- Leads business growth and develops superior brand by making sales presentations, proposals and tenders
- Assist in team building, includes driving service & repair sales goals, reviewing sales performance and coaching
- Assist in monitor sales performance to ensure monthly goals are met and risk controlled. Collaborate with operation team to review and develop sales budgets
- Maintains a strong working knowledge of the overall market area, including price escalation, contract renewal, repair volume and backlog, industry change, available new business, special projects, etc.
- Promote a culture of customer satisfaction throughout the organization and stressed the importance of customer retention
- Keeping with corporate sales initiatives, includes use of thyssenkrupp Elevator sales tools and training, i.e., TeamService, Service #4G, Eagle, Service Excellence and STAR customer relations, etc.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline, major in Engineering/Sales & Marketing is an advantage
- 5 years or above of elevator sales experience
- Ability to write reports, contract proposals and business correspondence
- Proficient communication & presentation skills in both English/Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered
