The successful candidates will be responsible for providing one-stop personalized service and prompt attention to our residents. S/he will ensure provision of comfortable and safe living environment for our residents as well as promoting harmonious neighborhood relationship. S/he will also act as the first point of contact for residents on services and enquiries, carry out security duties including daily patrolling, ensure all facilities are running smoothly and coordinate with different teams to ensure Premium Services delivery.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer services. Experience in luxury residential properties would be an advantage but not a must
• Secondary education or above
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, customer-oriented, caring, a good team player and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin. Familiar with MS Office Applications preferred
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
• Shift duty required
