This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Service Business Management Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the ongoing transition to a new sales tool, transforming quoting activities.
  • Interact with business partners, evaluating new customer experience models, and supporting new endeavors.
  • Identify, document, and implement ways to become more efficient in how we manage install base through end of support.
  • Engagement with pricebook management and other relevant marketing activities toward achieving business objectives.

  • You have good PC skills (MS Office software: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • You have an interest or experience working in the Healthcare industry
  • You like a fast-paced environment and can work independently
  • You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (rising senior), or Master’s degree program majoring in Data Analytics, Business, or a related field; additional understanding of or experience with Marketing a plus
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week during the summer and academic year (fall + spring); possibility of extension.
  • Prior experience working in a professional business environment or prior internship preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fully virtual environment and feel comfortable going onsite into office and follow site COVID-19 protocol if necessary.
  • Must be local to the Cary, NC site (50 miles or less)
  • Must have permanent work authorization 

Start Date: June 2021; 6-month duration with possibility of extension
