KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide supports on service business operation Order processing Tracking the payment and Delivery
• Maintain and improve continuously service business review mechanism
• Work with SVC sales team for the business forecast and target
• Responsible for out of warranty cases
• Responsible for service contract Order processing Weekly review and analysis
• Contact window

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

• 3-5 years related working experience, like customer service, service support. Familiar with order processing and data analysis skills as well. Goods communication skill is necessary. Being experienced in medical device industry is preferred.
• College’s degree or above administration or supply chain is preferred.
• Good at both written English.
