Job Description
  • Respond to enquiries about hotel products and services by telephone according to standard guidelines 
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features to promote its products and services
  • Provide updates and information for guests and visitors through phone calls
  • Act and aware that he/she is the "voice of the hotel"
  • Coordinate and communicate with all other departments to ensure a smooth operation


Work Experience
  • Diploma education
  • Has experience in a similar capacity or in the area of guest services/ food and beverage is advantage
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
