- Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features to promote its products and services
- Provide updates and information for guests and visitors through phone calls
- Act and aware that he/she is the "voice of the hotel"
- Coordinate and communicate with all other departments to ensure a smooth operation
Work Experience
- Diploma education
- Has experience in a similar capacity or in the area of guest services/ food and beverage is advantage
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
