Internal Title: Business Administration Administrator Business Title : Deputy Manager - Finance Location: Bengaluru Job Responsibilities: (P2P Process) Responsible for Issue of Purchase Orders to Service Provider / OEM Vendor Responsible for GRN booked against supply of Services / Goods Provision creation for anticipated bills of Vendor / Service Provider Booking and clearance of Vendor bills (Web cycle, GR/IR and R Block etc.,) Allocation of cost to respective contract Monitoring of open PO with regard to delivery date To close the old / time barred PO in the system Monitoring of PO contract profitability To resolve payment related issue / disputes with the Vendor Qualifications / Experience / Skillset Should be able to carry out Controlling and Monitoring of Cost elements M.Com/CA(Inter)/CMA(Inter) with 4-6 years of experience preferably in a Service organization Must Possess end to end business knowledge in Service Business with good knowledge in Accounting and basic knowledge in SAP Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Private Limited Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
