Roles:

• Acts as role of IAC coordinator working in Integrated Airport Centre 

Accountabilities:

• Positioning at IAC at HKIA to act as liaison person for all flight related matters.
• Gathering of information regarding flight operations and ensure communication to authorities, airlines, crews, passengers and departments.
• Update and verify Flight Rescheduling Control System (FRCS) in accordance with airlines schedule provided to ensure accuracy of airport FIDS.  
• Update and monitor ACDM system and provide updated live flight information to departments for their resource deployment.
• Follow up with updated operational messages such as MVT to all concerned parties.
• Establishment and dissemination of relevant reports on a daily, monthly and ad-hoc basis.
• Performed any additional duties as assigned by the SC, Supervisor.

Capabilities and Experience:

• Entry level - no prior job-related work experience required
• Applicant with flight operations background or station control experience will be considered to higher position as Senior Service Control Officer.
• A valid driving license class 2 is preferred but not essential
• Good communication skills & ability to work on own initiative
• Team worker and shift duties required
• Good English and Chinese will be an advantage
• Strong numerical ability
• Customer focus, willing to go the extra mile
• Detail-minded is essential 
• Ability to work independently
