Our client is global player in IT Service and Solution industry. With over 20 years history of China operations and currently 4 offices in Mainland China our client has over 2000 FTE across locations and business lines. Key services lines include IT business process outsourcing, tailored IT solution, application development and infrastructure management.

As Service Delivery Director you will be leading pre-sales and delivery activities responsible for key delivery management activities, including management of services delivery, escalations and customer communications, as well as customer deliverable. You will be working in close contact with Regional Solution team being responsible for 65% business in China.

Successful candidates are expected to match the following criteria:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
• Previous experience working in Service Delivery capacity with major IT Solution or Consulting company in China
• Track record of leading large delivery teams across industries and geographical locations
• Experience driving pre-sales activities for pre-sales in IT business
• Solid customer facing experience
• Full proficiency in both Mandarin and English
