Position Description: DCG ANZ Service Delivery Manager Job Description: The ANZ Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the Data Center Group Service Delivery in Australia and New Zealand Regions.  He will be the person in charge for the Server and Storage product maintenance activities in the region. The SDM will handle: Customer Satisfaction Management: • Identify and analysis customer’s concerns and issues; and develop improvement plan to meet customer satisfaction • Build and maintain customer relationship • Provide support to resolve customer issues • Work with sales, pre-sales and product support team to address customer concern on product issue Services Partner Management: • Manages service partners to deliver maintenance services to Lenovo customer • Manage service partner's costs and drive service delivery performance • Develops service quality improvement and enhancement plans to improve efficiency and achieve cost saving • Business and Process Management • Responsible for ANZ maintenance service business profit and lost • Identifies any cost saving opportunities and drives cost saving initiatives • Streamline and provide recommendation to improve the maintenance service process #### Position Requirements: Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration • At least 8 years’ experience in hardware maintenance services • At least 3 years’ experience in management or supervisor position • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills • Excellent oral and written English skills Skills: • Knowledge of Wintel platform server, storage and networking product knowledge We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
