Position Description:
The SDM will act as the global, single point of contact committed to ensuring
an exceptional Lenovo Services experience.
In addition to working directly with the customer the SDM will be responsible
for and measured on the following deliverables.
• Account Advocacy: The SDM will act as a customer advocate while supporting
escalation management and coordination of resources between the customer’s
organization and Lenovo.
• Proactive Services Planning
o As a trusted advisor, the SDM will use data-driven analysis and work with
the Lenovo sales account team to identify opportunities and recommend the
right set of service and support solutions based on the customer’s needs.
o The SDM will provide regular comprehensive reporting around key metrics, and
proactively work with the service management stakeholders to address issues
and improve processes based on the analytics from key metrics.
• Act as a single point of contact for customer escalations and own the
coordination and oversight to problem solving efforts between customers,
Support engineers, field service personnel, software support, investigation
and analysis of product problems.
• Develop and deliver post incident reports on all critical support incidents,
adhere to customer support plans and relationships,
• Manage Lenovo and Vendor’s invoices (invoices and purchase orders)
• Control account P&L
• responsible to verify cost model content and pricing matches the SOW during
handover from transition to steady state
• Manage appropriate internal and external resources to meet set deadlines
#### Position Requirements:
Position Requirements:
\- 7+ years of experience in similar position within IT Services
\- experience in consumption based solution incl. calculation and billing
\- sound business acumen along with effective decision making, contract
negotiation and management, solution development.
\- project management and organizational skills to lead end to end solution
development.
\- Good communication skills to be able effectively communicate and negotiate.
