? Design, plan, implement and manage cloud platforms, server( Azure, AWS, Ali Cloud/Tencent Cloud) and application virtualization platforms (Hyper-V)
? Manage Hosting resources, cloud capacity and budget planning
? Manage and support to the data center and systems operation in numbers of strategic data centers and local data rooms operations and administration in the Asia’s region.
? Drive hosting infrastructure optimization to deliver cost-effective operational services.
? Priorities, coordinate and support incidents, problems and change requests.
? Ensure the stability and availability of the Hosting facilities and services
? Ability of transforming business requirement into digital solutions
? Responsible for ensuring Lifecycle, Capacity and Availability management processes are driven by vendors
? Manage and implement Global & Regional IT Projects including System Consolidations in alignment of Hosting Global strategy
? Liaise and coordinate with vendors, project, application and service desk team in Asia.
? Initiate and support the delivery of both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks.
? Responsible for ensuring partner deliverables and SLA’s at an operational level.
? Provide operational vendor management and report on vendor Delivery & Obligations
? Support audit processes and ensure remediation actions are implemented.

Education:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Language:
? English fluently
? Local language fluently (Mandarin)

Experience:
? With at least 2 years’ experience in Design, Plan, implement and managing regional cloud infrastructure
? With at least 2 years’ experience in Global/Regional IT Project for multiple countries deployment or system consolidation
? With at least 6 years’ experience in infrastructure areas and at least 3 years working experiences in MNC
? Possesses good knowledge in global regulations pertaining to cloud environment
? Solid and hands on infrastructure experience in SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, DRaaS and Azure/Active Directory
? Administration of cloud infrastructure, AWS, Azure, Ali Cloud and Tencent Cloud
? Qualification in Azure / AWS Cloud is an advantage
? A good understanding of ITIL related processes and practice with practical experience of working in IT Client Service desk
? Proficiency with Scripting/PowerShell automation
? Occasional business travel is required
