Key Responsibilities:


act as the primary support contact for the company’s customers for technical services, with direct contact, during office and non-office hours, with customer staff in need of assistance


plan, execute and follow up on:

  • installation, startup and commissioning of new filling lines, including customer staff training
  • preventive and corrective maintenance on filling lines according to the company service system or similar, individually as well as with customer staff
  • additional training of customer staff
  • other work tasks related to the job such as field test, optimization and/or similar
  • report accurate and detailed information on issues on the field in order for other departments to work on improvements
  • extensive travelling to customer on china and surrounding countries and if needed other countries worldwide


controlling / monitoring:

  • customer issues/problem and customer and / or company solutions
  • costs occurring as a result of performing work tasks and assignments, as well as for individuals, products and services provided by the company


plan and execute the work according to:

  • quality system, procedures, policy and routines within the company. give precise and adequate feedback for continuous improvements
  • follow rules, regulations and procedures related to safety, health and environmental protection


Key Requirements:


  • bachelor's degree with major in mechanical, electrical and / or automation
  • fluent speaking and writing in English and Chinese
  • technical: Microsoft office, IFS ERP system, liquid food production both chilled and ambient, filling line technology both ambient and chilled, presentation, planning, automation, mechanical and electrical
  • interpersonal: good in communication and collaboration
  • ability to understand how own work is related (affects and is affected by) to other departments work and company as whole
  • ability to understand how owns work is affecting the work of the department
  • diagnostic: Problem investigation, decision making, implementation
  • more than three years' similar experience in mechanical industry
  • customer relations management
