Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Changes

• To follow up and ensure all the Engineering Change are being circulate for Quality Prevention, Spare Parts Maintenance (Information and Inventory Control).

• To communicated with MPM and Engineering Team to understand the changes in detail.

• To study, analyze, propose the impact & risk of the changes for Asia Market.

• To improve the process of changes info update with Engineering Team.

• Service Diagram and Instruction

• Translation Service diagram & parts detail from English to Traditional Chinese is a must.

• Other language such as Simplify Chinese, Korean, or Thai will be added advantage.

• Technical Enquiry

• To handle Customer Enquiry on Service Instruction and technical related.
  

• Service & Quality

• Assist Quality Follow Up at TTI DG.

• Assist other related service work assigned by Service Manager, Asia.

Person Specifications:

1. Candidate must possess any Engineering related certificates.

2. Fluent speaking in English and Mandarin.

3.Able to writing and translate in English and Mandarin especially English to Traditional Chinese.

4. Other language such as Simplify Chinese, Korean, or Thai will be added advantage.

5. Responsible, good attitude and team work oriented.
