You will be responsible for:

• Technical Service in the assigned area
• Carrying out routine repair/maintenance instrument work
• Independently completing the installation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting according to the technical manual
• Improving the customers' satisfaction and royalty
• Comprehensive understanding of related service SOP and strictly implement them
• Proficiently using tools such as Rexis, Grips and improve the service skills by continuous learning
• Updating the maintenance data timely and accurately according to the requirements of service SOP
• Coordinating with applications, customer service, and other personnel to accelerate repairing and problem shooting
• Developing service handbooks and bulletins based on field investigations, engineering changes, and product knowledge
• Providing a communication link between the customer and the company to ensure effective service to customers, and handle customer’s complaint
• Developing and conducting training on safe operations of the equipment and demonstrate skills to trainees, including team members, customers and distributors
• Assisting in the yearly budget exercise for Technical Service
• Assisting the management of distributors
• Management of spare parts
• Ensuring service activity in full compliance to SHE policy
• Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
• Conducting business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

You should have:

• Minimum qualification required is diploma in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical
• Good command of English in both spoken and written
• Good command of MS office software application
• 3~8 years related experience.
• Health Conditions:
• According to the "Quality Management Regulations for Medical Device Management" and the "Regulations on Quality Management of Pharmaceutical Products", health checks should be conducted at least once a year; if you have infectious diseases or other diseases that may contaminate medical devices or drugs shall not be engaged in related work.
