Further information is available at: www.siemens.com/mobility We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Engineer to join our Siemens Mobility team. The role will be based in our Docklands office in Victoria. The Service Engineer will be across the maintenance support life-cycle supporting delivery project teams and subsequently managing maintenance contracts to ensure client business as usual activities are supported. Areas of Responsibility Completes technical-oriented service tasks to directly perform customer support activities, ensuring customer service operation levels are maintained. Deploys detailed knowledge and expertise to ensure that Customer requirements are met and solutions are found to Network issues. Support Clients both remotely and on-site providing second level user support to deal with arising issues. Able to carry on call 24 x 7 phone based support (or if required at site) as per defined roster. Continuous quality monitoring for processes and results. Produce operational reporting for Clients displaying how Contractual KPIs are being met. Support project testing activities as required across Australia and New Zealand. Involved in technical design and development for Service offerings as required. Experience: Degree/Equivalent in Electrical, Control System, Software or Mechanical Engineering. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role providing technical support preferably with experience in Rail systems. Experience working with MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
