In the automation systems product area Liebherr supplies gantries for handling workpieces weighing up to 6,500kg, as well as automatic loading and unloading equipment for machine tools and various transport systems. Projects in all areas of manufacturing and assembly can be implemented with a wide range of products such as linear gantries, pallet handling systems and conveyor systems. The modular structure and the use of high-quality components and highly qualified skilled staff guarantee an above-average availability of the systems. Together with leading machine manufacturers, the Liebherr automation systems product area implements production line linking, automation of machining centers and system integration of machine tools.

Key Accountabilities主要职责：

1. Participate & take ownership for Gear machines startup, acceptance, warranty, etc.;

2. Troubleshoots and work closely with service team to resolve product and process issues;

3. Train customer personnel to be certified for product operation, routine maintenance, etc.;

4. Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, retrofit, process development, etc.;

5. Closely communicate and co-work with supplier’s German engineer team;

6. Achieve customer satisfaction with professional service work.

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求

• Having experience with CNC gear machines installation;

• Maintenance and service background is preferable;

• Knowledge of mechanical processing will be a plus;

• Good command of English and computer skills;

• Experience of gear machine is priority;
