Job description

1. Provide exceptional customer care

2. Provide technical support to customers

3. Perform depot repairs

4. Perform helpdesk activities as needed

5. Refresh demo systems

6. Perform instrument sterilizations

7. Travel to our Ann Arbor, MI facility for training as needed

8. Lift items that weigh up to 35 Kg

Required:

1. Excellent customer skills

2. Mechanical engineering degree

3. Good IT skills

4. Excellent mechanical / electromechanical skills

Preferred:

1. Experience in servicing complex scientific instruments
