Role : Service Engineer External Title : Deputy Manager - Customer Services Job Responsibilities: • Prepare network, perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of Healthcare IT products including Enterprise Clinical Imaging and Data Management solutions including VNA,PACS,RIS, HIS, CVIS Advanced Visualization, Artificial Intelligence products from Siemens Healthineers Digital & Automation business line. You may refer the product line here : https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/en- in/infrastructure-it • Configure the customer network and integrate the Smart Remote Services in customer workflow. • Receive notifications from Siemens Healthineers service management system and solve the problem at customer site. • Escalate incidents according to the defined parameters and inform The Customer care Center on all escalation issues. • Co-ordinate Hardware vendors wherever necessary. • Organize Upgrade and Update activities within the scope of support, in order to ensure latest features available in customer clinical workflow. • Document all correspondence and actions taken according to the Siemens Healthineers guidelines and Quality Management system. • Act as an advisor and help with the integration of solutions wherever necessary. • Be an active team player and share your knowledge with pears to improve team competencies. Education Qualification: B.E/B. Tech/Diploma/ B.Sc./BCA in Information Technology ( IT)/ Computer Science Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Healthcare IT system installation, support, or onsite administration ideally with imaging devices and clinical software and workflow. Experience with Windows Server-Client hardware environment, virtualized IT systems, networks, database concepts and basic scripting. Experience in DICOM,HL7,Web Applications and Radiology/Cardiology clinical workflow. Experience in implementing interfaces for 3rd party applications, ideally in a clinical setting.
