主要职责Main Responsibilities

• 新设备的安装、调试；

New machine installation and commissioning.

• 根据客户需求，提供故障分析、问题解决、零件更换以及日常维修和紧急服务。

Service including problem analysis, troubleshooting, repair, replace parts, daily maintenance and emergency service required by customer and etc.

• 提供预防性维护以及设备检查

Preventive maintenance and inspection

• 生产支持和培训

Production assistant & training for customer.

• 根据服务内容创建服务报告，评估设备状态

Create service reports with essential content, estimate machine conditions

• 提供售前售后技术支持，以及备件销售

Provide technical support for pre-sales/after sales and spare parts sales.

• 其他主管领导要求的工作

职位要求 Requirements

• 学士学位或以上学历，机械/电气/自动化相关专业；

Bachelor of Science degree or above in mechanical/electrical/automation;

• 工业自动化应用相关工作经验， 包括：机械、电气、SW和PLC (Siemens、AB、B&R)；

Relevant working experience with industrial automation applications, including mechanical, electrical, SW, and PLC (Preferable experience with Siemens, AB, and B&R);

• 至少5年以上客户服务以及维修经验；

At least 5 years Field services and maintenance experience in the industrial equipment

• 良好的沟通能力；

Good communication skills with customer and also co-worker;

• 诚实、高度负责、专业和主动，能够在压力下工作；

Honest, highly responsible, professional and self-initiative, able to work under pressure;

• 良好的英语口语和书写能力，英语至少四级以上；

Good oral and written English, at least CET-4;

• 熟悉常用的软件工具，如Office、Windows

Good Knowledge and skill of MS office

• 愿意经常出差。

Willing to travel frequently

• 熟悉GMP / 药业环境，了解制药过程优先

Familiar with GMP and pharmaceutical industry. Preferable experience with pharmaceutical companies.
