To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As a Service Engineer – Power Quality, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service for Eaton installed base products to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty as well for commissioning, preventive maintenance and product repairs. Your main responsibilities: Fault diagnoses on UPS systems Ability to understand on-line and line-interactive UPS systems Carry out preventative maintenance on existing install base Carry out commissioning, maintenance and repair on all types of UPS systems; Setup and configure remote monitoring software; Direct contact with customers and key stakeholders on a technical level; Providing necessary trainings on Eaton systems; Close cooperation with Customer Service Department and Service group to process all customer service issues and to identify customer complaints. Stays current with the latest CFD simulation techniques and applies knowledge to system design Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Technical University degree in electric or electronic, 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, Knowledge of Eaton Electric products, Knowledge in the field of UPSes, Ability to read electrical diagrams, Ability to work under pressure, Ease of establishing interpersonal contacts, Good English (both spoken and written), Current SEP entitlements up to 1kV, Driving license B category. Fluent in Polish. As a member of our team, you can count on: Stable employment based on full-time employment contract. First contract – yearly duration.
