Responsibilities: Performs mainly pre-defined, technical tasks (for example, basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components to a system, basic engineering, maintenance jobs) and work packages on-site and remotely. Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues. Coordinates and accomplishes defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for customers equipment. Supports in generating sales leads for pre-defined service offers and contributes to planning activities. Adheres to defined processes and applicable regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronics, Electronics, Electrical, Electronic Communications, Physics, Computer Engineering, Railway Systems, Mechatronics, or related area. Minimum 3 years of experience in Railway Signalling Systems Maintenance/Instalaltion Works. Open to work in shift. English skill is a plus. Experienced in maintenance work. Ability to plan work activities. Management and coordination of site teams. Preferably have experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of following systems; Point Machines, Track Circuits, Railway Signals, Axle Counters, ERTMS, Point Heaters, CTC Ability to read electrical drawings. Able to flexible working and have no restrictions for travelling. Knowledge of Linux operating system and network systems.
