This is a Service hotline engineer role, reporting to Service Team leader in Business Area Robotics and Discrete Automation.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting and coordinating with the customer based in Shanghai.
• Communicating with the customer and handling technology issue and improve the satisfaction.
• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• A degree in electrical or related field or have an outstanding and rich experience in related field.
• Must have minimum of 3 years robot work experience.
• Familiar Robot technology and quality, skilled in ABB robotics and repair.
• Must have good experience in hotline and innosoft system or a similar system.
• Fluency in English in both listening, speaking and writing is a plus.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong learning ability, honest and a good team player.
