Learning Consultant Job Description Conducts individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers. Identifies customer’s needs. Evaluates and obtains training programs and materials from external vendors. Completes development of new course materials. Prepares cost calculation of trainings. Performs trainings or organizes and supervises trainings services for clients. Reviews feedback and modifies/revises course materials as instructed. May provide technical support in case of complaints. Is expected to integrate processes and results from other workflows and disciplines to develop and accountably propose appropriate and effective solutions for significant parts of solutions. Specific Role / Responsibilities Organizes and coordinates virtual class delivery with 3rd party supplier. Conducts virtual instructor-led classes via Sitrain virtual classroom. Resolves virtual classroom issues with supplier for virtual delivery. Maintains / develops virtual courseware as identified by customer and business needs. Review student critiques and identify needed changes to course content / delivery for incorporation in future class courseware. Evaluates sales supported courseware for update / distribution. Organizes and coordinates sales course delivery to target audiences. Coordinates Sitrain courseware updates from Sitrain HQ. Maintains Sitrain US courseware library and manages updates from other trainers. Coordinate course distribution to instructors as per learning plans.
