We are looking for an IT Service Management Trainee to become part of our Siemens Financial Services Information Technology (SFS IT&CYS) team. This role has supporting responsibilities on maintaining, controlling, and reporting services for our business and customers in the area of Business Excellence. You will help ensure that regulatory, security, and compliance requirements, as well as agreed service levels, are met, while working with internal and external teams from IT service operations. Integrate into an international solutions expertise team with diverse backgrounds. Learn about system compliance, including system security, local regulations, audit requirements and other international standards. Interact regularly with internal customers and other teams across Siemens Analyze data related to possible data incidents. Learn how to promote internal communication with internal customers, in a timely fashion. Support, control and report deliverables and activities based on agreed timeline. Develop and maintain a reliable documentation structure. Support audit standards, providing the documentation that follow principles and internal standards. Learn how to design and implement effective statistic reports and charts. Get to know our sophisticated financing products and processes, like consumption based leasing and extended payment terms. Get to know the many applications that support our financial products. We are looking for: Bachelor/Master’s (or equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering such as Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or others. Microsoft 365 (Office) advanced skills. Curiosity and willingness to learn new and upcoming technologies. Self-organization and autonomy. Resourcefulness and confidence when reviewing technical documents. Good communication and presentation skills. Excellent oral and written English skills. We consider a plus: Proficiency on Microsoft professional tools (MS-Project, PowerBI and SharePoint). ITIL & Scrum knowledge.
