Duties:

• The candidate will lead the technical service team with building and repair and maintenance works including reinstatement, fitting out and renovations
• Monitor service quality & responsible for staff training
• Control and manage annual budgets on technical service team

Requirements:

•  Degree / High Diploma holder in Building Services / Mechanical  / Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines.
• At least 8 years relevant working experience with 3 years or above at management / supervisor level.
• Chartered Membership of HKIE, CIBSE or equivalent will be highly preferred
• Good knowledge in service of HVAC equipment. will be an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese (Mandarin is preferable)
