SUMMARY:
Due to the continuous growth of the business, we are embarking on an exciting Business Change programme to create a new Finance Shared Service. This is truly exciting time for us, as the shared centre will add value to existing services whilst improving system scalability and global collaboration.
To achieve this goal, we are establishing brand new teams and departments. Be sure that comprehensive knowledge transfer will be an important part of the initial phase.
And setting up new teams is not the only objective ahead of us. In 2024, we are planning to implement a new company-wide ERP system, Dynamics365, so your creativity, proactivity, knowledge, and skills will be fully utilized once again.
WHAT’S AHEAD OF YOU:

We are starting a whole new service centre and as a Service Manager, you’ll be able to significantly influence it’s smooth running and effectiveness

You’ll be responsible for driving excellence in the Finance SSC, including monitoring and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of the in-scope services against defined SLAs, setting up and operating effective governance and escalation procedures, and managing relationships with stakeholders (leadership, delivery teams and process experts)

You will be responsible for the performance management and implementation of the KPI reporting process, maintaining the service catalogue, and the transition of activities to the SSC

You will be the driving force behind new initiatives in the SSC based on insights driven from customer service management and the performance reporting processes
WHAT YOU BRING:
-
Minimum 5 years of service management delivery experience in SSC operations, with a track record of managing stakeholder relationships

Strong English language skills
-
Working knowledge of core finance systems, ERP and related specialty functional systems, frameworks, and functionality

Proven ability to effectively navigate across functional disciplines and resolve conflicts as necessary

Strong understanding of metrics and SLAs and the factors that influence them
-
Effective communication skills to convey ideas orally and in writing to influence others through one-on-one conversations, formal presentations, and group discussions

Partnership mindset with joint accountability for outcomes

Experience in dealing with multicultural and multifunctional teams
