Job responsibilities/job description

1. Ensure that all maintenance and preventive maintenance plans are carried out on time within the shift.
2. Accept, assign and follow up all work orders to check maintenance orders.
3. Deal with technical drawings, as well as stock and stock records.
4. Trouble shooting, operation, repair and maintenance, ensure the cleanliness and normal operation of all equipment in the area.
5. Under the premise of ensuring safe operation and business style, strive to save energy consumption and pay attention to the new concept of environmental protection.
6. Supervise the construction of important maintenance and modification projects, and control the quality and progress.
7. Assist external construction units in the construction of the hotel to ensure the quality of the project.
