Job Description

We are looking for someone like you who:
• is a team player and collaborates across the team finding high quality service and solutions for our clients
• can plan, drive and continuously improve the Forms services' value proposition and supports in the IT D&E budget planning
• ensures service quality standards are measured and met, track feedback and collaborate with other teams as required to identify and resolve issues
• can cooperate with and strengthens the relationship with stakeholders across the bank and locations and who can manage stakeholder escalations and feedback
• is a change agent that looks for opportunities for improvements and drives major service improvements and automation/digitalization projects
