Single-handedly lead the Customer IAM (CIAM) service. Primary duties include managing the vendors' service delivery and performance, developing and implementing service procedures and maintaining relationship with internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities
- Oversee, develop, and manage Customer IAM (CIAM) service management processes to ensure that all services/products are delivered according to agreed upon targets.
- Manage vendors performance and to ensure that the vendors are delivering services and meeting service levels stated in the contract.
- Manage and resolve customer feedback and escalations.
- Ensure services/products are managed and delivered in accordance to company’s IT Security and other relevant policies and standard.
- Contribute to short term and long-term strategic road maps for IAM service management and ensure goals and initiatives are aligned with the Group Information Security objectives.
- Translate business needs into service offering requirements.
- Position the IAM organization to embrace and support emerging customer service driven needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to review existing processes, capture operational challenges, and develop business requirements for improvement.
- Ensure daily operations and system workflows follow global standards and security policies.
- To drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives in improving service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Support IAM leaders to maintain and enhance IAM solution.
- Demonstrate and apply strong teamwork and communication with other team members.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Identity and Access Management (preferably with Customer IAM).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as Service Manager.
- Solid understanding of at least one IAM product (e.g. Okta, ForgeRock, Azure B2C, SailPoint…)
- Good understanding of Single Sign On, Identity Federation and the related authentication protocols including OAuth, OIDC, WSFed and SAML.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Request, Problem, Incident and Change Management, how they interrelate, and how they can be adopted successfully.
- Basic understanding of IAM governance, risk and compliance principles and processes.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
- Good understanding of Security and IAM principles.
- Strong knowledge of cyber security and cloud concepts.
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
