What role will you play? • Adjust the future service structures in terms of content and organization • Transfer and report the completed IT components/functions from projects into operation • Monitoring of incidents and service requests via the Siemens internal ticket management tool “TIMA” • Definition of monitoring and support processes • Manage budget and report to the service owner • Handle escalation processes • Tendering, selection and ordering of services • Coordinate suppliers and monitor service delivery • Suggest options for optimizations of the service in terms of performance, adaptability, reliability and cyber security We are looking for: • At least 5 years of proven relevant professional experience in global IT operations, preferably in the semantic web environment and with SaaS and cloud solutions • Involvement in building IT solutions or operating IT solutions from a service perspective • Monitoring and reporting KPIs and setting up SLA concepts • Advanced knowledge of agile way of working and the DevOps approach in previous tasks • Experience with service providers, management and monitoring of services • Current ITIL certification • Practical work experience in software engineering • Basic understanding of software or IT systems • Basic understanding of cloud • Business-fluent English (speaking & writing) Expcted Softskills: • Work independently, but ask for help if needed • Communication skills • Customer & result orientation • Initiative / Commitment • Willingness to learn • Ability to analyze • Willingness to work in a team • Willingness to lead a team • Willingness to present • Willingness to negotiate • Organizational skills and quality orientation What makes us proud as an employer: • The Biggest of Tech Portugal -Technology Production Category (Awarded by Exame Informática and Visão Magazines) • Top Companies to work in Portugal (Awarded by LinkedIn) • Healthy Workplaces Award - 3rd large corporations (Awarded by Portuguese Psychologists’ Association) • Most ESG responsible company in Tech/Industrial Sector (Awarded by Merco Corporate Reputation Monitor) • 2nd Best Engineering Company (Awarded by Teamlyzer, biggest portuguese tech community platform) We are thrilled to have: A hybrid working model with a flexible working hours policy in order to promote work life balance.
