Job Overview


 We are looking for innovated Mechanics that want to have an impact when assisting or repairing our product. Individuals that will take pride and ownership in their day to day job processes while bringing new ideas and challenges to the team.
 




Responsibilities 
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints. Should possess some “mig” welding experience.
• Must be versed in the use of oxy/acetylene cutting outfits. Must be able to furnish own tools.
• Must be able to communicate will with peers and RV customers. Provide assistance as required in all phases of shop operation.
• Automotive air conditioning.
• Diesel and gasoline engine fuel systems.
• Forward and rear axle alignment procedures.
• Automotive electrical systems.
• Diesel engine alarm and shutdown systems.
• Due to customer demand, this position is exempt from the daily overtime requirements of the FCCC Overtime policy.


 

• High School or equivalent required.
• Attached resume required.
• Two year associate degree in automotive truck mechanics preferred with three to five years’ experience in all facets of the repair and service of commercial vehicles.
• Good driving record required and a current commercial driver’s license with passenger endorsement or the ability to obtain a CDL within 6 months.
• Must be willing to travel upon short notice and work flexible hours.
