岗位职责:

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the hospital policies to be carried out all times;

2. Interact with staffs, provide administration support, including but not limited to:
? Assists in new services preparation and promotion in the family medicine and urgent care department, such as:
a. Promote the hospital and its services, introduce membership information
b. Initiate, coordinate with marketing, physician and nursing to develop patient education materials
c. Direct patients in the right direction, escort patients as much as possible
d. Explain services to patients and assist in the completion of necessary forms
e. Interact with patients with most of issues, do utmost to answer patient inquiries and assist patient when required
f. Handling incoming calls, transfers calls to relevant departments, assists in scheduling appointments, provide directions and answer general inquires etc.
g. Take messages on the telephone and make sure they are delivered immediately
? Assists in scheduling appointments, both internal and external.
? Coordinate with doctors and nurses for all related issue
? Assist in green channel process, such as:
a. Build up connections with relevant hospitals and medical expertise, assist them to provide service to our patients in TJU
b. Increase satisfaction of local consultants/healthcare providers upon collaboration
c. Coordinate patient referral across departments within TJU and outside TJU. Communicate and coordinate for follow -up issues that are needed for continued care and patient loyalty

3. Other daily admin work:
? Assists to finished daily reports. Maintain at least 95% accuracy in daily completeness of mandatory fields report.
? Maintain good working relations with all departments
? Keep front desk tidy and orderly.
? Comply with other assigned work by Supervisor.




任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above
? At least one year working experience in hospitality, customer service, patient care or related fields.
Skills:
?Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time;
? Friendly and outgoing personality, positive working attitude willing to learn.
? Excellent oral English and written English;
? Intermediate computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint);
? basic promoting and marketing skills (WeChat Official Account management,Weibo Operation)
? Professional telephone etiquette;
? Good inter-personal skills, excellent communication skills
? Basic problem solving skills
? Be organized
? Must be a good team player
Knowledge:
? Hospital operation knowledge required
