Responsibilities
- Responsible for call centre daily operation such as service enquiries, complaint handling and professional counselling;
- Assist the management to develop service protocol and operation guideline for quality control and service improvement;
- Maintain accurate call centre database record for management reporting and performance review, and
- Keep up-to-day cancer and support service knowledge by relating to latest oncology news and journals.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 5 years call centre/hotline service/customer service experience, experience working for NGO is an advantage;
- Service-oriented, warm caring attitude with excellent telephone manner;
- A dynamic, proactive team member with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong computer skill.
*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Service Officer (Call Centre).
