Job Description
Role Summary: 1. Service tools crib coordinator is charge of tools and materials management
2. To provide right equipment and tools and to sure provide enough tools/equipment materials and on time arrive on site to catch up repair schedule.
3. Handling with Chemicals delivery issue (include DJM test and customs clearance)
Essential Responsibilities: Focus on equipment and tools • Be charge of tools and materials management
  • To sure provide enough materials and on time arrive on site to catch up repair schedule.
  • Right equipment and tools providing
  • To execute equipment and tools maintenance and calibration.
  • To handle with stock in and out for equipment and tools, in time upgrade and purchase. Responsibility Full Completed on time
Focus on Case • Coordination in service operation job, handle of claim and issue service quotation for customer and make reasonable quotation in time
  • Tracking and control repair cost by daily hour record, analysis daily site cost compares with estimation to continuously improve site efficiency, sent invoice in time. Improve daily hours and utilization.
  • To meet customer’s requirement and increase customer’s satisfaction
  • In time post case information and cost in Axapta
  • Increase customer’s satisfaction Responsibility Full Completed on time
Team development • To lead the team of service technicians. Identifying and building a successful team and to comply with LM standards within all areas accentuating HSE, quality, cost reduction and documentation.
  • Monitor team performance
  • Optimize operational Productivity. Administrative of routines and control of documentation.
  • Ensuring satisfactory and correct documentation on all repairs and projects
  • Other tasks when assigned by the service manager Responsibility Full Completed on time
Payment
  • Collect technician’s hours and fill out relevant files, issue VAT to customer in time and tracking to boost payment. Avoid bad debts.
  • Tracking and control payment, push customer to complete payment in time.
  • Contract management Responsibility Full Completed on time
As interface to manage service resource and repair quotation to customer
Keep good communication and close relationship with clients
Other tasks when assigned by the Supervisor or above
To make maximize the company's interests from blade service market.
To execute equipment and tools maintenance and calibration.
To handle with stock in and out for equipment and tools, in time upgrade and purch
To meet customer’s requirement and increase customer’s satisfaction.
To coordinate with customers and service activate to manage claim job and support to Axapta input.
Qualifications/Requirements: Education • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical and 3-5 years relevant wind power business experience
External Experience • Customer service or sales; Project Management
Certifications • N/A
Internal LM trainings/qualifications • LM induction training, Service BMS
Desired Characteristics: Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
Knowledge and Skills • Great communication skills (influencing/ convincing), Meeting management/ facilitation, Methodical approach
