Job Description
#### Position Description:


Manage service center repair operations and performance. Assure uninterrupted
supply flow from L1/L2 hub to Local Service Centers and customers to ensure on
time service repair. Consolidate supply status on an accurate and timely
manner. Coordinate cross geography and cross functional teams to meet
objectives such as stock optimization, transport & stock replenishment
efficiency, customer satisfactions, and low financial risk due to E&O or
material constraints

#### Position Requirements:


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage phone repair vendor operation and performance
• Monitor and audit spare parts usage at Service Centers and give feedback to
relevant teams for parts planning and quality governance
• Insure spare parts business, standardized management, and the prompt
delivery of parts to customers
• Facilitate material return from customers; resolve RMA receiving and credit
issues with call center and warehouse
• Work with internal stakeholders & factory for swap and seed stock demand
fulfillment
• Collaborate with internal support teams for NPI material & price readiness
and EOL plan for service centers and L3 customers
• Collect and analyze customer forecast with planner and provide supply commit
to customers
• Measure and assure supply in Regional hub, allocate material as needed
• Work with logistics, warehouse, forwarders on shipping, expedite, inventory
management and any other issues that related to material for local region
• Point of contact for escalation of customer issues related to material
orders
• Participate routine customer meetings and internal meetings
• Releasing regular business report as the requirement of Department
• Facilitate communication cross functions, regions and teams

Required Skills and qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Fulfillment/Service materials
environment
• Inventory forecasting, demand planning & analyze ability
• Experience with a Vendor operated network of repair centers
• Technical knowledge of mobile phone products and reverse logistics processes
• Expertise in data analysis using provided data, or extracting data from IT
tools. Apply management data techniques
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advance knowledge of MS Access
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, vlookup, table pivots, macros and
graphing), MS PowerPoint
• Be able to work with different IT tools and software i.e. SAP, Sales Force
etc.
• Be flexible to attend early/later hours meetings with global team in
different time zone

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Supply Chain or related degree would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, independent and organized
• Customer focused
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced dynamic technological
environment
• Knowledge of integrated manufacturing systems, MRP/ERP
• Basic knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, receiving, pick/pack
operations and inbound/outbound, return processes
