We are looking for: Service Plus and Continuous Improvement Manager


In this position, you will:


1. Coordinate the investment projects of Service Plus workshops.
2. Coordinate the staff and resources designed for the implementation of the Service Plus maintenance programs and to ensure the profitability of the project.
3. Promote, lead and follow-up on the negotiations with customers for the sale of SP maintenance programs.
4. Coordinate the activities of the team of Consultant in Optimization and Excellency in the service (COES) to guarantee the ideal operation of the aftersales area of the Dealers Network.
5. Follow-up on strategies and actions implemented with dealers network anda CARy´S to improve the quality of service and after sales operation.

Qualifications: 



Training:  Mechanical or Industrial engineering, LAE or related career.



Experience: At least 3 years with experience in the automotive industry. Experience in the design, implementation and follow-up of maintenance contracts.
Extensive experience in the automotive aftermarket operation preferably commercial vehicles: standards of service and spare parts, parts logistics processes, design and implementation of commercial parts and service offers, management of workshops, control tools, continuous improvement (kaizen), technical assistance and documentation.
Work teams Management.


Specific Knowledge:  Maintenance Programs, Service, Warehouses and Parts management. Determination of components life cycle. Operations Management. Workshops Service Processes and standards, Microsoft Office, SAP.
