>>THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION<< What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure Are you ready to exponentially grow Service and transform how buildings are operated and maintained? Do you want to be part of a high performing team with impact? Leads, manages, and oversees portfolio strategy and portfolio/product management activities for assigned service offerings and corresponding tools, to achieve Service growth and profit margin targets. Responsible for the definition and development of service offerings and go-to-market strategies that transform customers’ operations. Develops and maintains personal contact with branches / sales channels, to support them with new and current services and strategies to maximize results, and continuously evolve offerings. Implements Growth Programs for areas of assigned responsibility. The key responsibilities of this role include Grows and develops SI RSS RAM as the leader in digital transformation in the building space Develops portfolio strategy / plan and road map for assigned offerings Assigned offerings will include Cybersecurity, Connectivity, and other cross-segment service portfolio items. This will involve close collaboration with Business Segments to ensure integration into RSS RAM. Creates / maintains / enhances assigned service offerings, seeking feedback from Sales and Operations. Participates in development, support, and maintenance of enabling tools Creates analyses, business cases and decision proposals for steerco and PRP Leads PRP for assigned offerings Develops and releases comprehensive market packages including the standard deliverables within PRP, practical use cases, value-based pricing strategies and quantification of the offering value Develop and support the implementation of Growth Programs designed to drive Service Agreement, Service Project, On-Call and Parts growth for areas of assigned responsibility Works with SI Academy to embed offerings into applicable Sales and Operations curriculum Delivers financial results of business plan Constantly observes relevant markets (customers’ challenges, trends, competitor activities, portfolio gaps, demand and supply conditions, standards and regulations within target markets, etc.) Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, customers, and decision influencers, across the region, segments, and verticals within the region Responsible for working in conjunction with Global Service, Segments, Growth Programs, BE, NS&O, sales and delivery channels The key capabilities of this role include 10+ years’ building industry service experience with comprehensive knowledge of Digitalization Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk assessment preferred Experience in a corporate organization with matrix interfaces and a reasonable degree of autonomous authority in decision making (3-5 years) BS/BA in related discipline or relevant business experience Management experience required Field Sales and Operations experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues Strong presentation skills A proficient understanding of key sales, marketing, technical systems, and best practices An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction An ability to influence across a broader organization An ability to analyze data and draw conclusions, make a business case based on opportunity analysis Understanding of the Siemens value proposition as well as the competitive landscape Ability to travel ~15% Where permitted by applicable law, Siemens may require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 based on job requirements, and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization The base salary for this position is $142,100 - $179,700. #LI-KS1 #LI-Remote Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Industry, Inc.
